Welcome to St. George Place. A few things to know:

  • Who does what: The Civic Association (SGPCA) is a resident-run nonprofit. It is not an HOA, and it is separate from the Management District, TIRZ #1 and the City of Houston.
  • Security: For emergencies call 911. Current patrol contact and Vacation Watch are on the Security page.
  • Stay informed: Join the SGPCA email list for meeting notices, security updates and events.
  • Meet neighbors: Come to a quarterly meeting or a First Thursday Happy Hour.
